About the model
My first signature building for Paradox Mods. You can find it under the NA signature building tab. Made after I was finished with the North Eastern American pack. This model features a 4k texture and 17.1k tris.
This is a complete remodel and retexture of the CS1 model. It also features a colormap
About the building
The Woodward Building was designed by Albert Kahn and built in 1915 for Jacob Siegel, a maker of women’s clothing. At one point the S.S. Kresge Company occupied one of the retail shops on the first floor and was eventually replaced by a shoe store.
In 2016 the building was renovated into a mix of retail and apartments, including a WeWork, Warby Parker, and lululemon.
