Integrated Stations
This Mod adds integrated stations to the Transportation tab. These stations are invisible markers that can be used to create your own custom Bus Terminals, Train Stations and much more.
Invisible Roads and Custom Parking Lots

This mod adds all available invisible paths and roads to the User Interface. This includes the possibility to create custom parking lots without having to use developer tools.

Warning
Please be careful using invisible roads and spaces. There have been issues reported in the past where invisible roads caused game crashes or corrupt savegames. Make sure to enable autosave and save your game often.

Spaces and Areas
Spaces and Areas are used by your Cims to determine where they can walk, spend their freetime in a park, or hang out. This previously needed access to developer tools, but now you can create them directly from the Terraforming Tab.

Animal Spawners
This game has invisible animal spawners that can be used to periodically spawn animals of various types. They are found in the terraforming tab. I have heard of a player using these spawners in combination with a Walking area to create a zoo, but I never tested it myself.
