Chicago is defined as much by its vernacular architecture as it is its towering skyscrapers. This pack contains 34 models based on various styles of Chicago row houses. Each building has configurations for 1×5 lots with alley-facing garages. They can be spawned in using the custom Chicago Medium Density Row zoning category. Additionally, to supplement a bit more variety, this pack also includes 8 buildings from the USA Northeast region pack which have been reconfigured to match the others in this zone.
