Its a savefile, so you will have to start over. LEFT HAND DRIVE MAP. There are 2 download files. 1 contains a fully build LEFT HAND DRIVE city. 1 contains a Road layout only so you can build what, how you want.

How To Use
– Download the file provided in this post.
– Extract the downloaded file into the following directory: C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Saves\
– Load the game and enjoy!
The road layout credits goto Easymods (Deleted the buildings etc) The full city, the person who build the whole thing is giving the savegame away for free on his Palmstime all credit goes to him. Im just sharing it for others to enjoy.
THE SAVEGAME IS IN LEFT HAND DRIVE
You can if you want to bother, use the ingame developer menu toggle the LHD off, but after that you will have to upgrade each and every individual street yourself for it to change and sometimes it doesnt change.

population is 0 with just roads
Game crashes often when playing this map, any tips?
Sadly, this is NOT LHD. It is LHT. Hope you will offer LHD/RHT option. I’ve been looking for a good map with roads already laid out. This is very good, but can’t use it.
