• All tiles unlocked from the start (this can’t be changed with the current editor)
• Underground highway system that connects to the center of the map.
• Meticulously measured grid and island. All roads are the exact same length.

Extract the files to your “\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Maps\##########” folder. The new map will be visible when starting a new game.
